Day #39 - It is a good idea to get the workout in early . . .

My plan to get in 45 minutes of swimming after work and before heading to the airport to pick up Kelly were not realized due to a busy end to the work day.  Oh well - it happens.  A day off was not necessarily a bad thing as I will be running 12 miles on Saturday morning.

Kelly likes to work out in the morning so we will be heading to the gym at 6:15 am all next week.
