I am really enjoying the benefits of yoga - but once in a while the instructor is a little 'out there'. Debbie talked much more than the average instructor and was encouraging us to 'get inside ourselves' and 'express ourselves through our tree branches' and 'take the position to a new place'. Don't get me wrong - I enjoyed the class but am still working on the lingo.
Yoga joke - Why did the yogi refuse anesthesia when having his wisdom teeth removed? Answer: He wanted to transcend-dental-medication.
Day #42 - 60 Minutes, Hot Yoga.
